1. General
   By using the OCEANSIDE IMPORTS customer portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any specific agreements regarding payment terms and credit limits will be determined individually.
2. Payments
   • Payment terms are as agreed upon based on the customer's approved credit limit.
   • If a payment remains outstanding beyond the agreed terms, we may place the account on hold until the balance is settled.
3. Taxes
   • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or withholding required by their local regulations.
   • All invoices must be paid in full without deductions.
4. Orders & Delivery
   • We strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly, but delivery times may vary.
   • Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 8 days of delivery.
5. Governing Law
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
